Great meet today, we hope everyone is getting some rest and hydration for Relay Carnival at Whetstone Pool tomorrow. See below for all the important details.

LOCATION & PARKING:

Whetstone Pools is located at 19140 Brooke Grove Court, Montgomery Village, MD.

There is no parking at the pool unless you were provided a parking pass. Parking options include (map attached):

• Whetstone Elementary School - 19201 Thomas Farm Rd, Montgomery Village, MD. Use pedestrian tunnel under Centerway Road to walk to the pool. Do not try and walk across Centerway Road.
• Centerway Park - 9551 Centerway Rd, Montgomery Village, MD. Use sidewalk to down Centerway Road to pedestrian tunnel across Centerway Road.
• LIDL Grocery Store -19225 Montgomery Village Ave, Montgomery Village, MD, there is a very easy walking path from LIDL to the pool (5-10 min walk). There will be signs on the path, and it is also marked on the map attached.
• There is no parking permitted in the residential neighborhoods adjacent to the pool

LINE UP & VOLUNTEERS

• Attached is the final line-up for tomorrow. Please note if you are listed as a “Sub” it is critical that you are there, and if you cannot be there let Coach Alba know ASAP.
• Even if you are not swimming we encourage everyone to come cheer! This is a super-fast paced meet and lot’s of fun.
• We need 3 Norbeck Hills timers and Clerk of Course tomorrow. Please see Lisy or Jen when you get to the pool if you can help out!

SCHEDULE:

• Swimmers need to arrive at 7:55AM
• NH warm-ups are at 8:15am
• Meet begins at 9am

TEAM AREA:

• Relay Carnival includes all six teams in our division. Our designated team area is the back left area of the pool, near concessions. We will have our team banner hanging, also shown in the attached pool map. Please bring chairs and canopies.
