Team Communication
We have several ways to share information between parents, swimmers, and coaches throughout the season. To ensure practices run safely and efficiently, please avoid speaking with coaches during practice times. Their primary focus is the safety and instruction of all swimmers.
Bulletin Boards
The Team Bulletin Boards are an important source of up-to-date information. One bulletin board is located at the main pool entrance, and another will be available on the pool deck during practices. Parents and swimmers are encouraged to check them regularly for announcements, schedules, and team updates.
Team Website
The team website contains a variety of important information, including schedules, meet details, volunteer opportunities, and team updates. The site is maintained regularly throughout the season.
Please ensure your email address is current in your SwimTopia account. Email is our primary form of communication, and families can expect to receive one to two emails each week containing important team news, reminders, and event information.
Questions and Concerns
If you have a question or concern regarding your swimmer, please wait until practice has ended before speaking with a coach. Coaches are always happy to discuss your swimmer’s progress after practice. Even when it appears a coach is available during practice, interruptions can distract from supervision and instruction and may impact swimmer safety.
For general team questions, concerns, or suggestions, please contact one of the Team Representatives. They serve as a liaison between families and coaches and help ensure a positive experience for everyone. By working together, we can create a fun, supportive, and memorable summer season for all of our families.
