Not attending? we still need to know so we do not consider your athlete for an upcoming meet.

Have something you want the coaches to know? there is a “Notes” section in the declaration form. Please use this to let the coaches know if your swimmer has any special information, such as if they need to leave early or can’t swim in certain events due to an injury or other reasons.
